Delivery Policy

UK Delivery:

For all orders under £40.00, a delivery charge of £3.95 will apply. We offer 2nd class tracked delivery via Royal Mail, with delivery times between 9 am and 6 pm.

Our goal is to get your products to you as swiftly as possible, and in most cases, we aim to ship orders within 3 working days. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed with regular email updates on the progress of your order. If any issues arise, we will promptly notify you.

For items that are currently out of stock, the delivery time may be slightly longer. However, rest assured that we will keep you informed every step of the way.

For bulk orders made for special occasions, our team would have provided you with detailed delivery times during the order process.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you another email to provide an estimated delivery date. If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please notify us as soon as possible.

For orders over £40, delivery is free within mainland UK, and the delivery charge will be automatically waived during the checkout process.

In the rare event that your goods do not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@houseoftwotrees.com. If delivery is refused and the items are returned to us, a re-delivery charge will apply.

International Orders:

We hope everything is perfect with your order but we’ve all had times when ordering online when we’re unsure if we’ve purchased the right thing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different item if preferred. However, delivery charges are only refundable when the goods are faulty.

*The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods.
