When does it open?
Thursday 12 November, at 9am. If you are on the list you get in twenty four hours before that, on Wednesday the 11th.
The September drop closed on Saturday 3 October. Nothing is restocked in between — this is the next chance.
How do I get on the list?
Put your email in the box above. One email a month at most, and you can leave whenever you like.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, with room to spare. Last orders are Friday 4 December and everything is posted the following week — well before the Christmas post gets difficult.
I have deliberately set that earlier than the Royal Mail deadline. Nobody wants a present that turns up on the 23rd.
How much will there be?
Small batches. I pour four times a year in Birmingham, and every candle passes through my hands — so there is only ever as much as one person can reasonably make.
When a batch is gone it is gone, and the seasonal editions tend to go first. I would set an alarm.
When will it arrive?
Everything in the drop is poured, labelled and boxed before it goes on sale — so when you order, yours already exists. Orders go out together on one dispatch date, written on the product page before you buy and repeated in your confirmation.
