When you place an order with House of Two Trees, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read this page carefully as it contains important information. The terms and conditions set out below do not affect your statutory rights.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
House of Two Trees has no minimum order requirements unless placing a wholesale order. Please contact the team for more detailsWhen you have placed your order on our website we will send a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive this email please let us know by emailing help@houseoftwotrees.com. Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled, so please check carefully before placing your order.
Our team will ensure that you are kept up to date with the process of your order via email and/or telephone at all times.

Promotional discount codes
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
These T&Cs relate to all House of Two Trees promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
Maximum pre-discount spend limit of £1000 applies per order.
Promotional codes cannot be used on bespoke or custom made orders or products.
A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed.
COMPETITIONS & PRIZES
To enter any House of Two Trees competitions you must be a UK resident and over 18 at the time of entry. Competitions are not open to employees and family members of the House of Two Trees. Only 1 entry per person is accepted. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be notified by email or telephone and the decision of the House of Two Trees is final. Prizes are subject to availability and in unforeseen circumstances House of Two Trees reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and in exceptional circumstances to amend or cancel the competition without notice.
